MANAGEMENT POSITION
St. Dominic?s Community Response Project (CRP) is a community based
project that provides drug intervention support to problematic
substance users in Tallaght and surrounding areas.
St Dominic?s CRP is recruiting for the following position: MANAGER
A DETAILED JOB SPECIFICATION OUTLINES THE FULL CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
THE POSITION INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:
* Have a minimum of 3 years? experience of Management/Leadership in
an addiction setting.
* A professional qualification in Addiction Studies, Social Care, or
Community Development, to a minimal of Diploma level on the national
qualifications authority of Ireland?s framework.
* A qualification in Management/Leadership on the national
qualifications authority of Ireland?s framework.
* Experience in the oversight of Financial Income & Expenditure
* An understanding of the latest treatment approaches to support
problematic substance users.
* Knowledge of the Continuum of Care, Assessment Frameworks & Tier 4
Residential Centres.
* Experience in developing interagency working relationships with a
range of community services.
* Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team including ?
meetings, case conferences, team building and change management
initiatives.
* Experience using the eCASS system for logging all service user
activity.
HOURS OF WORK: **Apply on the website** hours per week
CONTRACT: Permanent, following probationary period (Garda vetting will
apply)
SALARY SCALE: HSE Clerical, Grade VII.
